Macadamia Metallic (9S) with Sand Beige Interior

1st owner (army veteran) had it from 2009 (new) until this year 2023 when it was purchased by current owner.
Vehicle was purchased brand new in Florida at Braman Motorcars Palm Beach. This spectacular 997.2 has lived entirely in Florida and has never been exposed to northern climates. It has been serviced by the local Porsche dealers from new and from 2015 through today by TuneRS Motorsports in Coral Springs.
This Carrera S has been cared for and gentlemen driven. The overall condition is impeccable and must be seen in person to appreciate it. The Macadamia metallic paint shines brilliantly in the Florida sun, and the extremely clean Sand Beige interior looks flawless. The Macadamia color name is derived from a tree nut native to Hawaii. It is considered a “3 out of 5” (5 being the most rare) on the rarity scale based on Rennbow and was only available on Porsche models from 2006 to 2012, and some 2015 911. A total of 4,629 Carrera S coupes were produced in MY2009 by Porsche.
The multi-spoke factory wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport rubber with plenty of life remaining.
The interior also features some two-tone black components that really set off the whole thing. It’s a non-smoker vehicle and has a like-new interior smell. Don’t be fooled by the mileage, this vehicle has been pampered by its owner.
The undercarriage looks just as great as the rest of the vehicle. CryoDetail performed their dry ice cleaning and preservation service to the undercarriage.
All of the power functions are working with no known defects. The vehicle starts, idles and drives beautifully. The 3.8L direct injected flat six purrs down the road. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly complimented by the short throw shifter providing even more precision.
It has up to date services including: oil & filter service, brake fluid flush, and front and rear brakes, spark plugs and coils, ac cabin air filter, updated harmonic balancer, updated drive belt tensioner and new drive belt.
In 2020 it had a new A/C compressor, expansion valve and receiver drier installed.
The vehicle has a few upgrades including a front factory GT3 5 point adjustable sway bar, IPD competition plenum, front and rear wheel spacers (hub centric) and high flow headers with 200 cell sport catalytics and a short throw shifter. The owner had the rear badge deleted, but this can be put on if the next owner requests.
