Our facility is set up to provide in house roll cage fabrication services. All of our roll cages are based from FIA approved designs for various sanctioned racing organizations. We build our cages with nothing but safety in mind for the driver. Although we specialize in Porsche, any vehicle can receive one of our custom TRS roll cages! Below you will see some of the custom roll cages we offer for various vehicles, including bolt in roll bars for HPDE and Club Racer applications. Our cages are custom manufactured at our facility in Florida. All tubing is tig welded for superior strength and rigidity. Therefore, it is best to contact us directly.
PORSCHE BOXSTER 986 6 POINT WELD IN ROLL CAGE
Made from 1.5″ OD SAE 4130 Chromoly Steel tubing, our 986 6 point weld in cage is based off of an FIA approved design for racing. These cages comply with Spec Boxster class rules that compete in many sanctioned racing organizations such as Porsche Club of America (PCA), Porsche Owners Club (POC), NASA and SCCA.

Made from 1.75″ OD SAE 4130 Chromoly Steel tubing, our 996 6 point weld in cage is based off of an FIA approved design for racing. Made from 1.5″ OD SAE 4130 Chromoly Steel tubing, our 993 / 964 6 point weld in cage is based off of an FIA approved design for racing. PORSCHE 996 / 997 4 POINT BOLT IN ROLL BAR
Made from 1-3/4″ OD SAE 4130 Chromoly Steel tubing (main hoop) and 1-1/2″ OD SAE 4130 Chromoly steel tubing (anti-penetrating bar & rear stress). A direct bolt in bar that requires zero drilling, welding or modifications to the vehicles body, allowing for quick and easy installation. Your rear seats will need to be removed for proper fitment. This is a great addition for any weekend warrior or club racer who does not want a full racing cage but still have the use of the integrated harness bar.
This bar bolts directly to the rear shock mounts and to the front lower seat belt mounts, where we have designed a steel box with grade 8 hardware to increase strength. This bar also features our patent-pending anti penetrating bars that will not allow the roll bar to cave through the vehicle in the event of a roll over. Other bars on the market are bolted directly through the floor, which can result in a collapse during a roll over accident.
