The CryoDetail® Process
Here is a video demonstration of our CryoDetail® service being performed on a 1987 Porsche 959 engine. We also performed this service on the undercarriage of the 959 as well to remove debris, cosmoline, oils and whatever contaminants were stuck there as part of refreshing this car for a client.
Our technicians have countless hours of training and know how to handle all types of components during the CryoDetail process. Dry ice is a solid state form of C02 (carbon dioxide), when the ice makes contact with the surface it is cleaning it freezes the grime and the blast of air simply removes the frozen grime with the dry ice dissipating into C02 and leaving only the dirt to be swept from the floor.
